Peter TSCHAN, A.C.C.I., President
Peter is a graduate of the Swiss Business School with extensive experience in accounting and finance. After working in the Finance Department of General Motors Switzerland, Peter immigrated to Canada in 1964 and joined Swiss Canadian’s management team and became a partner in 1980. In 1979 Peter was a founding partner in Pro-House Management Limited, set up exclusively to manage condominium corporations.
Dragana BRASIC, B.Sc.Eng., Vice-President, Broker of Record
Dragana has over 15 years of experience in all facets of investment and operational real estate experience, including asset management, property management, leasing, project management, acquisitions and sales.
Dragana joined the company in 1996 overseeing our foreign clients’ real estate portfolios that include residential, office, industrial and retail properties. Dragana’s responsibilities also include supervision of major renovations, energy efficiency projects and the procurement of electricity and natural gas supply contracts. Prior to joining Swiss Canadian Management, Dragana worked for several construction companies in project co-ordination and engineering design.
Dragana holds a B.Sc. degree in civil engineering, Property Management designation and a Real Estate Broker’s license.
Brian MANN, Vice President
Brian joined Swiss Canadian in 1999 following a successful twenty-two year career in the financial services industry where he served as a vice president with several trust companies and the Chemical Bank of New York. Brian’s responsibilities were in asset management and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining the Companies, Brian was with Adelaide Capital Corporation, a company formed by CDIC to liquidate the assets of several failed trust and insurance companies. A graduate of the University of Alberta, Brian holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree. As Vice President of Pro-House Management, Brian is responsible for the overall operations of the condominium portfolio.
Liza DEL REMEDIOS, Controller
Liza joined Pro-House in 1999 and is responsible for the supervision of all accounting and administrative staff and the preparation of monthly and year-end financial statements. Liza is also responsible for the annual Budgets and the preparation of year-end working papers for the auditors. Liza completed her Accounting and Finance program at Seneca College.
